This policy explains what personal data we receive when you use en.kendircilerinsaat.com, send us an enquiry or contact us, what we use it for and how you can control your data.
1. Who processes your data

We process personal data in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 6698, KVKK). If you are in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the rights described in section 9 under the GDPR / UK GDPR.
2. What data we receive
Data you enter in the enquiry form:
- your name;
- phone, WhatsApp or Telegram number;
- e-mail address (if provided);
- your preferred way of being contacted;
- the text of your message.
Data sent automatically with your enquiry:
- the address of the page the enquiry was sent from;
- the source of your visit — an advertising campaign (UTM tags) or the website that referred you. This is stored in your browser for up to 90 days and is sent to us only together with an enquiry;
- IP address and browser information — for spam protection and in server logs.
If you message us on WhatsApp or Telegram, we receive your phone number or username and the conversation. Data processing within these services is governed by their own policies.
We do not collect special categories of personal data and never ask for passport details through the website.
3. Why we use your data
- to answer your enquiry and contact you the way you prefer;
- to give you information about our projects and about buying property in Turkey;
- to understand which sources and campaigns bring clients to us;
- to protect the website and the form from spam and abuse;
- to comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your data and do not send you marketing messages without your separate consent.
4. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of the consent you give by ticking the box in the enquiry form, in order to respond to your request before any possible contract, and to meet legal obligations. Spam protection and website security are based on our legitimate interest in keeping the site safe. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see section 9).
5. Who we share data with
Only the staff who handle enquiries have access to your data. In addition, data may be processed by the following service providers:
- hosting provider in Türkiye — runs the website and our e-mail;
- Akismet (Automattic Inc., USA) — automatic spam checking of enquiries: the content of the enquiry, IP address and browser information are sent to the service;
- Google Maps (Google LLC, USA) — maps are embedded on project pages; when they load, Google receives your IP address and browser information;
- WhatsApp (Meta) and Telegram — if you choose to contact us through these services.
We may also disclose data to public authorities where required by law.
6. International transfers
Enquiry data is stored on servers in the Republic of Türkiye. Some of the services listed in section 5 process data in other countries, including the USA. By sending an enquiry, you consent to these transfers.
7. Cookies and browser storage
- pll_language — remembers the language of the website (1 year);
- kendi_kaynak (browser storage) — the source of your visit, so it can be included with your enquiry (90 days).
We do not use advertising cookies on this website. You can delete cookies and site data in your browser settings or block them; the website will continue to work.
8. How long we keep data
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to communicate with you and for the purposes above, but no longer than 3 years from our last contact, unless the law requires a longer period. After that, the data is deleted.
9. Your rights
You have the right to:
- find out whether we process your data and receive a copy of it;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted or its processing restricted;
- withdraw your consent;
- object to processing;
- receive your data in a portable format (EU/EEA/UK residents);
- complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu) or to the data protection authority in your country.
To exercise your rights, e-mail info@kendircilerinsaat.com with the subject “Personal data”. We will reply within 30 days.
10. Data security
The website uses the secure HTTPS protocol. Only authorised staff have access to enquiries. We take reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version, with its effective date, is always published on this page.
