Kendirciler İnşaat is a family-run construction company founded in Antalya in 1985 by the brothers Mustafa and Salih Kendirci. Over the years we have completed many residential projects and become one of the best-known developers in the Konyaalti district.

Our principles

Safety. In every project we aim not just to meet Turkey’s current earthquake regulations but to go beyond them. In Turkey, seismic safety is not a formality — it is the first thing to ask about any building.

Quality. When choosing materials — facades, insulation, windows, interior finishes — we put durability ahead of short-term savings.

Transparency. At every stage, buyers know what is happening with their home: timelines, documents and terms. Many of our clients come back to us for their next purchase, and for us that is the best measure of our work.

What we build

Boutique residential buildings near the sea. Small buildings with a limited number of apartments in the best parts of Konyaalti — for example Port Selection (200 m from the beach) and Palm Selection.

Residences with shared facilities. Gated complexes with a swimming pool, gym, sauna and 24/7 security — the Prestige Park Residence and Kent Life series.

Villas. The Kayı Villaları series in Gaziantep — houses with private gardens and the option of a custom layout.

Why Konyaalti

Konyaalti is one of the most sought-after districts of Antalya: a long pebble beach, a seafront promenade, parks, cafés and restaurants within walking distance. The city centre is about 5 km away, Antalya Airport about 20 km and the resort town of Kemer about 30 km.

All of our Antalya projects are located here, in the Liman and Hurma neighbourhoods. We know the area from the inside: the plots, the zoning plans and what homes are really worth.
