Kayı Villaları-2 is the second stage of our villa development in the 15 Temmuz villa area of Şehitkamil, Gaziantep. The idea behind the project is “a healthy, private and peaceful life” in contemporary architecture.

The project has 6 houses: two semi-detached villas (4 houses with 4+1 layouts) and 2 detached 5+1 villas. Every house has a spacious, private garden.

The project was completed in 2022.
